Each DSI unit is being tasked with creating a service portfolio. Below is the template for each unit to copy. For now, service portfolios will live in each unit’s Confluence space. Once all units have completed their service portfolios, they will be reviewed (by DSI admin and unit leaders), combined (where appropriate), and moved to the DSI Confluence space.

We work to ensure seamless access to library resources, and to support the University Libraries mission and values.

  • maintaining the appearance and functionality of the public-facing discovery layer and link resolver (Discover);

  • managing the access and authentication software (EZProxy) that enables access to library resources from off-campus;

  • administration of the library service platform (Alma);

  • administration of the inventory control software (Zasio) used at OU Libraries' offsite storage facilities;

  • administration of the Lean Library research tool.
