Fixing wifi issues
If the Quests arent connecting to the wifi you will have to follow these steps
First you will have to netreg the Quests (The Mac address is in settings once you put the headset on)
This didnt work for me because it wasnt letting me open the Wifi@OU browser to sign in
However they are able to connect to OU guest
Second if you aren’t able to connect to wifi@OU you will have to add the headset to access OU

Once both devices have been added you will have to wait about 2+ hours for them to connect to the wifi.
Once connected you should be able to run the updates.
