Fixing WIFI issues

• If the Quests aren't connecting to the wifi you will have to follow these steps

  • First you will have to netreg the Quests (The Mac address is in settings once you put the headset on)

    • This didnt work for me because it wasnt letting me open the Wifi@OU browser to sign in

    • However they are able to connect to OU guest

  • Second if you aren’t able to connect to wifi@OU you will have to add the headset to access OU

    • Once both devices have been added you will have to wait about 2+ hours for them to connect to the WIFI.

  • Once connected you should be able to run the updates.

Fixing the two VR PC’s

• If the two VR PC’s from ETL break they have been imaged with kace and are able to be bomgared into.

  • They where custom built by the ETL so they have a custom set of drivers that are not in case.

    • If you are going to wipe these machines make sure you pull the drivers off of the current machines.
