Tech Lending moving to LibCal Equipment - Updated web page to go live and individual equipment web pages to be deleted.

On Monday, March 25, the UL's new Technology on Reserve Program will go live! Using the LibCal Equipment Module in our LibApps Platform, library users will be able to reserve technology in advance. LibCal Equipment will streamline the check-out process for UL's front-line employees and give library users more self-sufficiency and options during the reservation process.

Intranet Community

Old section of the intranet that requires separate maintenance from the intranet. Contents include awards, photo contest, games, etc.

• ‘Community’ has already been removed from the intranet’s navigation menu, therefore, no one was navigating to it or knew it existed.

•  Budget and Finance Office has an inventory of past UL Award recipients.

Intranet Stats

Old section of the intranet that requires separate maintenance from the intranet. It displayed various stats, pulling info from other systems (Google Analytics, LabStats, Traf-sys, etc.).

• The information is archived in those individual systems.

•  Stats are tracked by Brianna Narr. Will work with her to rebuild a stats page if desired.

Intranet Directory

Intranet employee directory.

• We have a public libraries.ou.edu employee directory, so maintaining the intranet directory requires duplicate work.
