  • Added spell check back in text editors now that the module issue has been fixed!

  • Added word and character count to text editors as well.

  • Removed code pertaining to research guides in global.js from the custom theme file. 

  • Disabled layout builder for basic pages. Only build your page is shown, so default layout with only that shown is fine. 

  • Removed empty h1 from overwrite in reserve a room view

  • MiniOrange SSO SAML xml uploaded and in config

  • Fixed proxy link issue on taxonomy eresources view. Prev was not checking for proxy checkbox before adding proxy URL. 

  • Removed code in re-write for my favorites on the home page. Had logic for research guides and they are now removed. 

  • Fix to hover for A-Z on eresources view. Now stays white font

  • Fixed make an appointment link on resources by subject page to show as white font color properly.

  • Removed guides from locations pages in layout builder. Will replace with link to guides subject page in “build your page” section. 

  • Added new field in resources by subject taxonomy to store the lib guides subject ID. This ties to code in taxonomy-term--resources-by-subject.html.twig template file that will display the proper lib guides widget based on the subject Id provided. 

  • Removed research guides view from locations page layout builder layout.

  • Disabled Resources by Subject: LibGuides view

  • ECA change to merge edited eresources and URL eresource actions. New email includes URLs even if other data was changed for the entity. Now, no need for two different emails. 

  • Added revisions when editing eresources for better tracking of changes. 

  • Added Node revision delete module. Set up to delete older than 10 revisions for now.

• Drupal Core 10.3.0 update

  • Large update that is virtually the last step before Drupal 11. The third and final feature release of Drupal 10 ships with a new experimental Navigation user interface, stable Workspaces functionality, stable Single-Directory Components support, simplified menu editing, taxonomy moderation support, new recipe and access policy APIs and more.

  • Note: new admin navigation is not activated yet, will test internally along with other new features before making live for all.

• On 6/17, the following was completed

• "Research guides" link on homepage under "quick links" has been changed to guides.ou.edu

• "Research guides" link on resources page under "tools for finding resources" has been changed to guides.ou.edu

• "Research guides" link on all services pages have been changed to guides.ou.edu

• Research guides favorites have been removed from home page section "My favorites (recent)". Only eresources shown here now.

• Research guides favorites have been removed from my favorites page (https://libraries.ou.edu/my-favorites ). Only eresources shown here now. Text also reflects the removal of guides and only mentions databases.

• If user navigates to the old guides index page (https://libraries.ou.edu/guides-index ) the site will automatically redirect to guides.ou.edu

• Internal setting - The content type research guides has been removed from the ability to save as a favorite via the Drupal flag module.

Tech Lending moving to LibCal Equipment - Updated web page to go live and individual equipment web pages to be deleted.

On Monday, March 25, the UL's new Technology on Reserve Program will go live! Using the LibCal Equipment Module in our LibApps Platform, library users will be able to reserve technology in advance. LibCal Equipment will streamline the check-out process for UL's front-line employees and give library users more self-sufficiency and options during the reservation process.
