Scheduling Office Hours
Create an outlook calendar event for the time you would like to host office hours. Provide the following details:
Make it a weekly, reoccurring event so that it runs through the duration of the semester.

Set the location to Bizzell Memorial Library, Lower Lever 121
In the description provide:
Name(s) of attendees
A Zoom link (if providing a virtual option)
A brief description of the topics you are available to discuss
List that the office hours are drop-in only; no appointments required.

Send!
In LibCal, navigate to Spaces and then to Booking Grid & Availability
From the Category dropdown menu, select Graduate, Faculty, Staff Meeting Rooms and the click Go
Select Add Booking
Add the details for your reservation, including the space you want to book. Select Submit Times
Enter your information and hit Submit again.
You will receive a confirmation email that your booking was placed successfully.
