Content
Scope:
University Libraries reserves the right to decide about signage on a case-by-case basis.
We only post signage for things that are open to a general audience, like all students or anyone on campus.
Generally, signage is not displayed for individual courses, closed groups, or non-campus affiliated activities.
External signage is usually limited to the Bookmark playlist
We don’t post signage from any non-OU entity.
Best Practices:
Signs should be an image file (jpg or png) at 1920x1080 pixels
Content should primarily be visual – image-based with minimal text
Signs rotate every 15 seconds
A timeline should be provided for when the post should go live and when it should come down
Nanolumens should be an image or mp4 file with 1920x1080 dimensions
