Zasio: Daily Requests Pull List

This procedure is run in order to generate a pick list for items (including LSCA box location details) that need to be pulled by Storage staff.

These locations include: LSCA, South Annex, and AOIAL

Instructions:

• open a terminal session and navigate to “requests” folder 
• cd perl/requests 
• run these commands: 
  • ./annex.pl 
  • ./aoial.pl 
  • ./storage.pl 
  • ./combolist.pl 
• exit terminal session
  
• move the resulting REQUESTS.txt file so it can be picked up on the Jazz Hands server 
• proceed with “my import procedures” to create a table in the database
  
• open REQUESTS_ALLTHINGS.sql and execute
  

• paste the resulting records into Excel, clean up the columns and send to Jenny W., Twila D., Christina S., Barbara M. and Bailey H.
