  • Introduce and familiarize the Graduate College Degree Management Specialists with the new features and workflows they can expect to encounter when the upgraded SHAREOK software goes live in January, 2024.

  • Provide resources to support GDMS workflows for managing and approving submissions to SHAREOK.

  • Begin collecting feedback from GDMS’s to help OU Libraries improve the user experience of SHAREOK.
