Introduce and familiarize the Graduate College Degree Management Specialists with the new features and workflows they can expect to encounter when the upgraded SHAREOK software goes live in January, 2024.
Provide resources to support GDMS workflows for managing and approving submissions to SHAREOK.
Begin collecting feedback from GDMS’s to help OU Libraries improve the user experience of SHAREOK.
