Description & Goals: With the WHC remediation project underway and so many collections being relocated, we have decided that it would be a good time to overhaul the SRC libraries and locations in Alma. It has been decided that all SRC collections in Bizzell will be moved to a new “Special Research Collections in Bizzell”.

8/12/23 | Mockup of test CLTA records in new locations with access points notes and collection names in Discover. |
8/13-8/18 | Refine CLTA configurations in Primo, and work with Fred to make sure all collection records have a 590 $a with collection name. |

| 2 | American School Archive Locations, one for manuscripts and one for drawings | Cari will create two new locations that display as, “American School Archive” in Discover. Two locations on the back end will make it easier for staff to retrieve items for use. |
| 3 | Chinese Literature Translation Archive closed and open locations | Cari will create two new locations that both display as “Chinese Literature Translation Archive” in Discover. Items in open locations are available for research on the 4th floor. Items in closed location are available for research on 5th floor. |
