EZProxy: Clearing Throttle Suspension
129.15.14.45 is the EZProxy IP.
EZProxy Throttle Situation:
go to EZproxy Admin
http://ezproxy.lib.ou.edu/admin
select "View usage limits and clear suspensions"
There will be something in the "clear" column. Select them to clear it. Or, select Clear all suspension, above.
return to EZProxy Admin page
select "View server status"
look for 4x4 in the Username column
select the Session by clicking on it
select Terminate session to clear it
Let the patron know the block has been cleared and ask them to close all browsers windows and try again in a new browser window.
