Check to see if it’s a known issue that’s already been reported:
Primo listserv and ExL Status Page
If it’s not a known issue report it to ExL Support as a System Down ticket.
Post information about outage on #outages Slack channel.
Send an email to these folks:
Create a ticket for web services asking that a message be added to the website.
Follow up with everyone as we have more information and/or the situation has been resolved.
Post updates on #outages channel
Send update emails
Ask web services to remove notice on website
