Primo: Outage Procedures

  • Check to see if it’s a known issue that’s already been reported:

Primo listserv and ExL Status Page

  • If it’s not a known issue report it to ExL Support as a System Down ticket.

  • Post information about outage on #outages Slack channel.

  • Send an email to these folks:

  • Create a ticket for web services asking that a message be added to the website.

  • Follow up with everyone as we have more information and/or the situation has been resolved.

Ask web services to remove notice on website
